By accessing or using PostFlow AI ("Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

PostFlow AI is an AI-powered social media management platform that allows users to generate, schedule, and publish content to connected social media accounts including Facebook and Instagram. The Service includes AI-generated captions, hashtags, image generation, post scheduling, and analytics.

• You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
• You may not use another person's account without permission.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or defamatory content.
• Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
• Spam, phish, or engage in any deceptive practices.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service beyond normal use.
• Resell or redistribute the Service without express written permission.

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content suggestions. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is provided as-is and may contain errors or inaccuracies.
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving any content before publishing.
• We do not guarantee the originality or accuracy of AI-generated content.
• PostFlow AI does not claim ownership of content you publish through the Service.

By connecting your social media accounts, you grant PostFlow AI the necessary permissions to publish content on your behalf. You remain responsible for all content published through the Service and for complying with the respective platform's terms of service and community guidelines.

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance via Stripe.
• All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
• Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.
• You can cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

The Service and its original content (excluding content you generate or upload) are the exclusive property of PostFlow AI and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without our express written consent.

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We are not responsible for any results or outcomes from posting content through the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PostFlow AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, third parties, or the integrity of the Service. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or by posting a notice on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
